One of the bravest things a soul can decide to do is to incarnate as a human on Earth. One of my tasks in this lifetime is to truly embrace my inner healer and to connect my soul to my true path. I realized as a small child that this would require patience, persistence, and thinking way outside of the traditional box. Over the last four decades, I have experienced countless wellness challenges ranging from complicated, minor, strange, and even downright weird. I learned that a traditional approach was not the right path for me.

Throughout my life, I have always been able to sense things, but many times ignored them or pretended like they simply were not there. I could be in a space and know that something else was there with me and get a sense of energy from it, or feel it. But, many times I used to think it was bad or scary energy because I did not understand what it is. The unknown is often an unsettling experience. Oftentimes, right before I would fall asleep, I would hear people talking to me or calling my name, and sometimes saying things I wasn't sure I wanted to hear. I remember thinking, "why do they always want to talk to me right before I am about to go to sleep?" Well, that was because, at that time in my life, that was the only time my vibrations were high enough to be open to receiving the messages. I knew energy and spirits were around and there was this whole universal aspect of life. But, I was not sure I was ready to fully embrace that part of who I was, and continued to live my life that way for many years. Now that I have a better understanding of my purpose in this lifetime, it is easy for me to look back at moments in my life and think "Oh that makes sense now," or "That is what was going on." 

On December 21, 2012, my Spiritual gifts came on board and it was like a giant light switch being turned on inside of me.  I was left with the desire to open up spiritually which I had spent most of my life trying to block out. During this time, I also realized that I came from four generations of Clairaudience Empathic Mediums. As I began to develop my intuitive abilities which in turn led to additional wellness challenges as I began to aware more of my authentic self. I believe that, at its core, mental, or physical dis-ease in the body comes from unresolved emotions. My path didn’t always include rainbows and unicorns. However, I quickly realized that my comeback was more profound with every wellness challenge I experienced. Each time I rose from the ashes like a phoenix I was wiser and more authentic to who I really am in my authentic essence.

Someone once told me that the best healers have had to heal themselves first, then they can teach others how to do it for themselves.

 This shift strengthened my faith to new levels and made my relationship with Spirit one that would allow me to see that this is who I was meant to be. I have come to witness the incredible power of God's Love and the Miracles it can produce firsthand, and I love being a witness to those Miracles in others' lives.
